Shandong Donghai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. It is the first financial leasing company in Dongying City approved by Shandong Department of Commerce. The company completed the shareholding system reform in August, 2015, and officially listed on the New Third Board in December, 2015 with the stock code of 835072. It is the first financial leasing enterprise listed on the New Third Board in Shandong Province. The company is headquartered in Dongying, the central city of the Yellow River Delta, with branches in Jinan and Qingdao, Shandong Province, and its holding subsidiary Shanghai Yuheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Jiekai Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. in Shanghai.
