Shanghai Pulian International Trading Co., Ltd. was established on October 26th, 2011, and registered in Lingang New Area of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, China, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million.
Shanghai Pulian is affiliated to Dahai Group, and the company currently has four divisions: Nonferrous Metals Division, Petrochemical Division, International Business Division and Trade Finance Division.

At present, the company's business mainly focuses on the six major industries of Dahai Group. Meikawheel, salt and chemical industry, steel cord, copper rod processing, photovoltaic modules, yarn and other six plates.

The company's strategic partners have 12 gas stations (mainly distributed in Xinjiang), and have long purchased refined oil (gasoline and diesel) from large state-owned enterprises such as PetroChina and Sinopec, mainly for the supply of gas stations in Xinjiang, often taking into account market trade. Besides gasoline and diesel, it also provides supply chain financial services for the trade in petrochemical industry, involving the external mining business of PetroChina and Sinopec, and its products are mainly mixed aromatics and fuel oil.

The Group owns its own aniline factory (located in Dongying, Shandong Province), and trades around the aniline factory in pure benzene and its upstream and downstream industrial chains. Mainly engaged in crude benzene, pure benzene, aniline, phenol and other products trade; International trade is mainly engaged in the import of pure benzene and the export of aniline. In addition, it is also engaged in the import trade of chemicals such as methanol, ethylene glycol, PTA, etc., serving major domestic chemical plants and traders.

公司战略合作伙伴拥有12个加油站(主要分布在新疆地区），长期向中国石油、中石化等大型国企采购成品油(汽柴油)，主要用于新疆地区加油站的供应 ，时常兼顾市场贸易。除汽柴油外，同时为石油化工领域贸易提供供应链金融服务，涉及中石油中石化外采业务，产品主要为混合芳烃、燃料油等。

集团自身拥有苯胺工厂（工厂坐落山东东营），我司围绕苯胺工厂在纯苯及其上下游产业链进行贸易。主要从事粗笨、纯苯、苯胺、苯酚等产品的贸易；国际贸易部分主要从事纯苯的进口以及苯胺的出口。除此之外，我司也从事甲醇、乙二醇、PTA等化工品进口贸易，服务于国内各大化工厂及贸易商。
